Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

In the past, I've been a little bit busy. And not login to my account for a few months. Now that I'm back, some of the services are unavailable to me, such as NitroFlare, even though I'm a paid user. When asked to the administrator, the answer is because inactive for a few months thus, I'm barred from accessing some host. Have any of you encounter this problem?
